Offset
Offset printing is a commonly used printing technique in which the inked image is "offset" from a plate to a rubber blanket and then to the printing surface. The process involves using four colors: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black with each ink applied to a separate plate to create an image. Ideal for producing large quantities of high-quality output, colors tend to be richer and the lines more precise.
Digital
Our TKS JetLeader 1500 is a complete system to produce inkjet products inline. Using drop-on demand print technology and water-based ink, the press delivers a resolution of 600x600 dpi for vibrant colors and unrivaled print quality. The on-demand technology allows us to print smaller runs than typical offset printing would allow because there is virtually no scrap, less material, labor and set-up time.
Mailing
Mailing is made easy with our Videojet Ink Jet System! We can process your mailing list, ink jet, sort and deliver your pieces to the United States Postal Service for smooth delivery.
Finishing
Saddle-Stitching is a great way to give your product that "finished" look. Most commonly used for booklet (magazine style) publications but it can also be used for a tabloid. The edges are trimmed for a more finished look and two staples are put into the spine to help give a more complete appearance.
Inserting is a great option for advertisers that want that extra push! Typical inserts are ad flyers, donation envelopes, supplements or calendars!
Delivery
We offer delivery throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. We can deliver as little as one bundle or as much as a full truck load to one stop or more. We also work with several local delivery and distribution services to make sure your products are delivered on time every time.
